Inshape Fitness and Pilates Studio has everything you need to get your body InShape! We are not just a fully equipped Pilates studio, we also have the latest in functional, crosstraining  and cardiovascular equipment too!
We offer private, group and duet classes 7 days a week. All classes are unique to your physique. We look at your specific body type. If you need to slim down your thighs, strengthen your back, and get rid of saggy arms - that is what you will work on! Hate large classes and fitness franchises? You will love InShape Fitness!
Your 60 minute personal fitness routine may include TRX training, ETF GRAVITY systems, speedbag, boxing, Stott and Balanced Body Pilates, ARC training, Bosu, slideboard, kettlebells, Usurf, medicine and stability balls.  Cybex and Precor functional and strength training equipment will keep you strong and fit. Cardio bursts within your session help you burn up to 40 percent more calories. Want to warm up before class or stay longer and burn even more calories? Enjoy our private cardio/ab area and keep carving your new body!  We have spin bikes, elliptical, treadmill and rowing machines  for you to  use - before and
after your workout . Don't miss our Abcoasters -  they will help you achieve the abs you crave!
It doesn't matter whether you choose private personal training, a duet or group fitness training.  Get InShape with a fitness regimen that is suited just for you. Want to train with a specific group of friends or family members? No problem, we can arrange a class  for your group - no one else.
Do you have an injury or a sports specific need? We can help you. Our forte is golf fitness. We focus on strength and flexibility training.  We employ techniques learned at the Titleist Performance Institute. Need to play better tennis? Check out our golf and tennis page for more info.
We also work with clients pre-hip and knee surgery as well as post rehab, helped with achilles and  rotator injuries, stenosis and chronic low back pain. More severe movement disorders such as Parkinsons and ALS can be helped tremendously with our balance and exercise training in a safe, clean and private setting.
